Once we reach our funding goal to cover our legal baseline, NoAdmin will switch to a monthly subscription model ($9–$15/mo) for new users. Founding Members will be grandfathered in forever at $0/mo.
Common Questions
Why can't I just use it for free?
To offer you a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), we must be a legal entity. Maintaining that entity costs money. If we offered this for free, we couldn't legally protect you in the event of an audit. Charging a fair price protects us both.
Is this a subscription?
Not for you. If you buy the Founding Member Pass today, you pay once and never again. Future users will pay monthly, but you are backing the project early.
What if you shut down?
Since NoAdmin runs client-side (on your device) and connects directly to your Google Calendar and Stripe/Venmo, you are never "locked in." If we disappeared tomorrow, you would still have all your data in your Google Calendar and your money in your bank. You own your practice; we just help you run it.
Does this really save me money compared to Stripe?
Yes. If you use our Reconcile feature, you can accept payment via Venmo, Zelle, or Check (0% fees) and we will still generate the professional HIPAA receipts your clients need. On a practice earning $100k, that saves you ~$3,000/year in credit card processing fees.
